清华大学新闻与传播学院硕士,日本一桥大学商学院访问研究生,文化和旅游部青年拔尖人才,中国文艺评论家协会会员,现任中国动漫集团发展研究部主任,国家动漫创意研发中心策划咨询部主任,兼任中国动画学会理论研究部主任,在《人民日报》《光明日报》《中国文化报》《美术观察》等国内主流媒体和核心期刊上发表动漫方面文章120余篇,著有《保护与迷失:中国动画荧屏配额政策研究》《解码外国动漫:源流·观念·创作·营销》《卡通形象营销学》《动画赏:与梦想合影》等学术专著。

As a visiting graduate student of Business School of Hitotsubashi University, Lei is a young top-notch talent of the Ministry of culture and tourism, and a member of China Literary Critics Association. He is currently the director of Development Research Department of China ACG group, director of Planning Consulting Department of National Animation Creative Research and Development Center, and director of Theoretical Research Department of China Animation Association. He has published more than 120 articles about animation in domestic mainstream media and core journals like People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Chinese Culture Daily and Art Observation, and has written academic monographs such as “Protection and Loss: The Study of Screen Quota Policy on China's animation”, “Decoding Foreign Cartoon,Origin, Creativity, idea and Marketing”, “The Marketing of Cartoon Characters”, “Animation Critics: Taking Photos with Your Dream".\
