多年从事原创动漫创作、图像小说、绘本创作等工作，担任北影等多所高校客座教授，持续创作了《老街的童话》等一系列经典作品和形象，作品已发行欧美等多国语种，陆续荣获第二、三届中国文化艺术政府奖最佳漫画奖及最佳创作者或团队奖，入选2018《纽约时报》最值得关注的25本童书，入围2019美国Eisner艾斯纳奖，入选第十三届全国美展综合绘画动漫类获奖提名，奥组委吉祥物“福娃”五人设计小组成员，创办杭州祖宝动漫文化机构。
