动画《下姜村的绿水青山梦》是国家广播电视总局重点动画项目之一，以习近平等六位时任浙江省委书记一任接着一任干，开展“精准扶贫”工作的事迹为原型，讲述了位于淳安千岛湖的下姜村从原本的“穷脏差”转变为“绿富美”的脱贫致富故事。本片采用现代年轻人的视角，以下姜村的一名小男孩和两位来村里取材的UP主为主角，将下姜村变革过程中的一个个故事、基层党员和群众齐心协力奋斗的感人瞬间呈现到了观众眼前。 The animation, Xiajiang: The Dream of Lucid Water and Lush Mountain, is one of the key animation projects of SARFT, which is based on the work of Xi Jinping and other five Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee to carry out “targeted poverty alleviation”. It tells the story of the transformation of Xiajiang Village, in Qiandao Lake of Chun'an, from poor and dirty to rich and clean to get rid of poverty and become prosperous. The film adopts the perspective of modern young people, a young boy from XiaJiang village and two social media influencers who came to the village for material collection as the main characters, presenting touching moments of the grassroots party members and the masses struggling together during the transformation process of the village to the audiences.
