动画短片讲述了鼓小浪作为厦门本地一个朝九晚五的普通上班族，从起床到上班的奇妙经历，并带出厦门当地有特色的市井风情。在短片中，世界文化遗产“鼓浪屿”这个岛屿被设计成了一个具象的角色“鼓小浪”,作为主角的鼓小浪，上班的工作是当一个受欢迎的小岛，短片改变视角，推陈出新，弘扬厦门的地域文化。 The animation tells the story of Kusulang, an ordinary office worker in Amoy, who has a wonderful experience from getting up to going to work, and brings out the unique local customs of Amoy.In the short film, the world heritage island of Kulangsu is designed as a figurative character named "Kusulang". As the main character, Kusulang works as a popular island. The short film changes the perspective, brings forth the new through the old, and carries forward the regional culture of Amoy.
